The concept of Open Data is presented with big opportunities. In the development sector Open Data is expected to improve cooperation and harmonisation, increase transparency, and foster innovation by linking new data sources and human entrepreneurial spirit.

In this workshop the participants will identify specific opportunities for their own context and develop a first strategic approach. TNO will facilitate and share its insight in and experience with Open Data.
